All orders within the Netherlands & Belgium placed on a working day before 8 p.m. will be delivered the next working day , depending on PostNL.
Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be delivered on Tuesday .
Orders outside the Netherlands & Belgium will be delivered within 5 working days .
During promotional periods , shipping and return costs will not be refunded .
Return Policy
You have the right to register your order for return within 14 days of receipt .
For hygiene and health reasons, intimate care and cosmetic products cannot be returned if:

the seal is broken

the product has been opened

the product has been used
Only unopened, unused products in original packaging are eligible for return.
Exclusions from returns
The following items are not eligible for return or refund :

Opened or used hygiene products

Products purchased during promotional or promotional periods , unless there is an error or damage on our part

Free gifts and promotional items

Bundles and sets: these must be returned complete and unopened.
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer , unless it concerns an error or transport damage caused by Muski.

After receipt and inspection, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
If a free gift has been received, this must be returned .
After receipt, you will receive an email confirmation of the return processing.
