Please contact us immediately with your correct address and order number. If possible, we will change your address before shipping. If it has already been shipped and the package is lost, there is no way we can issue a refund or replacement. Please note that this is your fault, but we will do our best to help you.

Once your order has shipped, estimated delivery time is 2 to 5 days.

We offer 1-day shipping for the Netherlands and Belgium. Order before 8 p.m. and you will be delivered the next day

After you have received your confirmation email, you can check the status of your order here at any time. Simply use the same email you used to place the order, as well as the order number you received in your confirmation email.
