Introduction By placing an order on www.muski.nl you agree to the purchase of a product under the following terms and conditions of Muski Cosmetics ("General Terms and Conditions").

The General Terms and Conditions always apply between you and Muski Cosmetics when you use or place an order via the website www.muski.nl ("the Site"). As a customer of Muski Cosmetics, please read this important information carefully. We also recommend that you save or print the Terms and Conditions for future reference.

Article 1: Definitions

• Muski Cosmetics: a private company under Dutch law, established in Rotterdam and registered with the Chamber of Commerce under file number: 69247242, trading under the trade name "Muski".
• Site: the website www.muski.nl and all its subdomains.
• Customer: the natural person or company that acts in the exercise of a profession or business and enters into an agreement with Muski Cosmetics.
• Product(s): the product or products as offered on the Site.
• Agreement: any arrangement or agreement between Muski Cosmetics and the Customer, of which the General Terms and Conditions form an integral part.

Article 2: Applicability of the General Terms and Conditions

• 2.1 The General Terms and Conditions apply to all offers, deliveries and agreements with Muski Cosmetics, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
• 2.2 If the Customer declares other provisions or conditions applicable in his order, confirmation or via any other means of communication, these provisions are only binding for Muski Cosmetics if and insofar as Muski Cosmetics has expressly accepted them in writing.

Article 3: Prices and information

• 3.1 All prices stated on the Site include taxes and other levies imposed by the government, unless otherwise stated on the Site.
• 3.2 If shipping costs are charged, these will be clearly stated on the Site before the Agreement is concluded.
• 3.3 The content of the Site has been compiled with the greatest care. However, Muski Cosmetics cannot guarantee that all information on the Site is displayed correctly and/or completely at all times.

Article 4: Conclusion of the Agreement

• 4.1 The Agreement is deemed to have been concluded at the time that the Customer accepts the offer from Muski Cosmetics, to which the General Terms and Conditions apply.
• 4.2 If the Customer has accepted the offer electronically, Muski Cosmetics will also electronically confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer.

Article 5: Execution of the agreement

• 5.1 Once Muski Cosmetics has received and confirmed an order from the customer, it will transfer the products to the transport company chosen by the customer.

Article 6: Withdrawal/return

• 6.1 The customer has the right to return the product within fourteen (14) days after delivery.

Article 7: Payment

• 7.1 The Customer pays the amounts due to Muski Cosmetics in accordance with the ordering process and via the payment method chosen on the Site.

Article 8: Guarantees and Conformity

• 8.1 Muski Cosmetics guarantees that the products are suitable for the intended use, as described on the Site.

Article 9: Complaints handling

• 9.1 If the Customer has complaints about a Product or about other aspects of the Site or the Muski Cosmetics service, he can submit a complaint via the contact form or in writing.

Article 10: Liability

• 10.1 The total liability of Muski Cosmetics towards the Customer due to an attributable shortcoming in the fulfillment of the Agreement is limited to compensation that does not exceed the price stipulated for that specific Agreement.

Article 11: Retention of title

• 11.1 As long as Muski Cosmetics has not received full payment for the Products, it remains the owner of the Products.

Article 12: Personal data

• 12.1 Muski Cosmetics processes the Customer's personal data in accordance with the Terms of Use as published on the Site.

Article 13: Final provisions

• 13.1 The General Terms and Conditions and the Agreement are exclusively interpreted and subject to Dutch law.
